The browser-tab metaphor got personal
My Brain Has 47 Tabs Open is a funny and honest look at what it actually feels like to live inside an ADHD brain, and what happened when artificial intelligence became an unexpected place for all those thoughts to land.
This is not a clinical guide, and AI is not presented as a cure. It is one man’s account of rabbit holes, hyperfocus, disappearing thoughts, unfinished projects, and finally finding a tool that could hold onto an idea long enough to do something with it.
Inside the book
Not the tidy definition. The real experience of wanting to do something and still being unable to make yourself do it.
How AI became somewhere to put unfinished thoughts, ask strange questions, make connections, and come back later.
Where AI helped, where it failed, where David pushed back, and why neither voice could have made this particular book alone.

This made perfect sense at the time.
So I asked an AI.
And the AI did something dangerous.
It took me seriously.
